Desirable 1602 for recommissioning; great colour; family owned from
new
Not a lot to tell you about this one....coming from a family
estate it has been in their ownership from new. We are told it has had a new
speedo, so we can't confirm its mileage. We know it has been in storage for many
years, in fact prior to the MOT history records so it will need a deal of
recommissioning before hitting the road once more.
First registered 12th
March 1975, it has been used by various members of the family and at one point
has had a respray - a job which needs doing once more. There are a few
areas which will need the welder too, but nothing serious and the engine turns
over.
Three new tyres accompany the car although sadly the paperwork file
has been lost so its new owner will need to apply for a replacement logbook in
the usual way. The car is recognised on the DVLA database and is on
SORN.
Painted a super shade of Taiga Green this no frills 1602 would make
a super driver's car after the application of a bit of elbow grease....well
worth a close look.
