Description
First registered in 1958, the frame number dates this bike as a very late
1957 350 which was delivered through Bromleys of 38 London Road,
Bromley. At the time of delivery it was fitted with engine AMA 2510.
Its
current motor came from a 1958 350 model with the same prefix and has been built
in the style of the Trials Red Hunter models.
As you can see from the
stack of medals, it had notable succeses at the Beamish Trial from 1988
through to 1993, winning its class on four occassions and taking the team trophy
in 1989.
The bike is a ready starter and has been up and running
while on site.
With the popularity of classic trials these days,
this looks a lot of fun and a competitive machine given its track
record.....
